Shipping Policy

At Rose Noir, each order is handled with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

All Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.  Once your order has shipped, you will recive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforseen circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

Rose Noir ships domestically and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any custums duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.  These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking 

Once your oders ships, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

Rose Noir is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packeges once they are in the carrier's possession.  If your package is marked as delivered but nor recived, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Rose Noir is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
